Upon purchase, you are granted three (3) non-transferable licenses for use with the Vertex Algo. These licenses are strictly limited to the individual purchaser and may only be used on trading accounts owned or operated by the purchaser.
License sharing, reselling, or distribution to any third party is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, providing access to friends, colleagues, or any unauthorized individuals or entities.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke all licenses without notice if unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected by our licensing software. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
By purchasing and using the EA, you agree to abide by this license policy and understand the consequences of non-compliance.
Fees and License RenewalThe Vertex Algo is sold as a one-time purchase for the algorithm file itself. This purchase includes 12 months of active license use from the date of activation.After the initial 12-month period, continued use of the Vertex algo requires an annual license renewal fee of £120 (equivalent to £10 per month, paid annually in advance).To retain access and functionality of the algo on your licensed accounts, you must pay the license renewal fee before your renewal date. Failure to pay will result in automatic suspension of your licenses, and the algo will no longer operate on your accounts until the fee is paid and the license is reactivated.Special Terms for Vertex Investing Lifetime Mentorship StudentsCustomers who joined through the Vertex Investing Lifetime Mentorship Program will receive an additional 12 months of license use at no extra cost. For these customers, the annual license fee will begin after 24 months from the date of initial activation.We reserve the right to modify licensing fees in the future with appropriate notice. By purchasing and using the algo, you agree to these terms and the associated renewal obligations
